01
How quickly does UK Publishing House respond to enquiries?
+
Within one working day for emails and contact-form submissions. Phone calls during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 GMT) are answered live. Out-of-hours messages are returned the next working day.
02
Is the initial consultation really free?
+
Yes. A 30-minute call with a senior editor is offered free of charge to authors with a manuscript or a serious project idea. There's no obligation to proceed, and no charge unless you choose to engage us afterwards.
03
Do you accept submissions by post?
+
For environmental and logistical reasons we prefer digital submissions through the contact form or by email. If you need to send physical material, please request a courier address first — our office reception does not accept walk-in submissions.
04
Will my manuscript be kept confidential?
+
Yes. We treat every submission as confidential by default and will sign an NDA on first contact if requested. No part of your work is shared internally beyond the editor handling your enquiry until you choose to engage.
05
Can I visit the London office?
+
Yes, by appointment. Our office is at Office 1171, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW. Book through the contact form so we can have the right editor available for your meeting.
