01
Where does the London Book Fair take place?
+
Olympia London, in West Kensington. UK Publishing House has held a dedicated stand there since 2017. Stand numbers are confirmed annually about six weeks before the show and shared with our authors directly.
02
Can authors meet readers and rights buyers at our stand?
+
Yes. The stand schedules slots for author signings, rights pitches, and one-to-one reader meet-and-greets across all three days of the fair. Slots are coordinated with each author's book launch calendar to maximise foot traffic.
03
Is my book featured at the London Book Fair automatically?
+
Books released within twelve months of the fair are featured on the stand at no extra cost. Earlier titles can be added on request — speak to your editor about including specific backlist editions or new releases.
04
How can I attend the London Book Fair as a UK Publishing House author?
+
We send named guest passes to all authors with a book on the stand. Additional passes for co-authors, collaborators, or family are available on request. Travel and accommodation are not included by default but can be added to a launch package.
05
